Anavation was built to fill a void in the strategic planning market. Existing tools often fell short in the areas of flexibility, cost and ease of use. Plus, they existed only for the use of a privileged few in the senior management of very large organizations. These tools served high-level needs for strategic planning, but didn’t provide the necessary visibility into aspects of the businesses’ daily operations that could enable or derail successful strategic plans.
Our team of MBAs, marketing experts, graphic designers, engineers and software developers knew there was a better way. So, we began the journey to create the most flexible, cost effective, easy-to-customize strategic planning tool on the market. We wanted a tool that was web-based, incorporated operational data, task assignment and accountability, and the ability to track progress on a daily basis, as opposed to just at quarterly planning meetings.
